Kru Nagy truly believes that martial arts gives you confidence, dedication, respect, loyalty and discipline. Martial arts is not how hard you can strike your opponent or the bag, it is a ‘way of life’ where the Mind, Body and Spirit has to be trained and most importantly be in sync. Martial arts teaches you great patience, logic, common sense and compassion where you can utilise these values in everyday life, it makes living so much easier, you feel more content and peaceful. A martial artist gains a sense of being able to stand up for others that may be less fortunate and never resorts to conflict or fighting unless there are no other options at hand.
