Introduction

Cameron Quinn is a 7th dan in Kyokushin Karate.
Shihan Cameron is known and respected internationally for his teaching abilities and knowledge of his subject matter. Shihan Cameron authored what is considered to be one of Kyokushin karate's most notable books "The Budo Karate of Mas Oyama", for which he drew on his years of training in Japan, including as an Uchi Deshi (live in student) and personal translator to Sosai Mas Oyama, the founder of the Kyokushin.

Cameron's experience and expertise in his field has carried him to all corners of the globe as a presenter, coach and referee. There are very few that can boast such a large resume in the discipline he has embraced.

As a teacher Shihan Cameron is known for his dedication to his students in helping them achieve their goals in life, and by creating a training environment based on challenging but intelligent training, sound core values and respect for self and others. It is no wonder that he is held in such high esteem.
Cameron is also a highly respected tackling coach and has trained elite teams and athletes from Australian Rules, rugby league and rugby union.
