Simon Sultana is a Self defence Coach. Simon is a security operative who has for over 21 years training in martial arts including Kali, MMA, Kung fu and other forms of defensive training. As a security guard/crowd controller Simon has paid great attention to the importance of self defence and as a matter of necessity has studied defensive arts to a point where he is able to deliver his own functional program. For one on one training or group sessions Simon has established a reputation of providing a formidable self defence program.
Kru (Instructor) Richard Nagy has 35 years’ experience training in the strongest forms of martial arts. Kru Nagy commenced his martial arts journey in 1985 at the age of 13 with Shihan Barry Johnston, after several years Kru Nagy gained his black belt where he also became an instructor.
Kru Nagy has trained in other forms of martial arts disciplines including Japanese Jiu Jitsu, kick boxing and the last ten years Kru Nagy has dedicated his time in refining and developing the ‘art of eight limbs’ (Muay Thai) Kru Nagy truly believes that martial arts gives you confidence, dedication, respect, loyalty and discipline. Martial arts is not how hard you can strike your opponent or the bag, it is a ‘way of life’ where the Mind, Body and Spirit has to be trained and most importantly be in sync.
Martial arts teaches you great patience, logic, common sense and compassion where you can utilise these values in everyday life, it makes living so much easier, you feel more content and peaceful. A martial artist gains a sense of being able to stand up for others that may be less fortunate and never resorts to conflict or fighting unless there are no other options at hand.

Grand Master (GM) Ridvan is a 9th Degree Black belt in Hapkido. GM Ridvan was recently inducted into the World Taekwondo Hall of Fame. Throughout his tenure at his own Martial Arts School, the Australian Martial Arts Academy, GM Ridvan has seen multiple state, national and international champions develop and succeed in both martial arts and life. GM Ridvan has expanded his business to be one of Australia most successful martial arts schools and is not only well known in martial arts circles but is endeared and loved by his many thousands of students both past and present. In the 1980’s GM Ridvan won Numerous state, National and International competitions receiving a gold medal at the World Martial Arts Games. Although that initial drive has taken GM Ridvan to the farthest limits of combative excellence, his mastery extends beyond fighting and into the realm of life. The Australian Martial Arts & Fitness Academy is home to the X-Treme Team established by GM Ridvan. The X-Treme Team have a long History originating from the foundation of the Australian Martial Arts Academy in 1982. Since then the team has evolved and performed in thousands of locations both in Australia and Around the world. They are an X-Treme Martial Arts Performance Team combining elements from all styles of Traditional Martial Arts with Exciting Choreography, Acrobatics and Weapons. Their credentials include reaching the finals of “ Australias Got Talent” (Channel 7), Performed on shows such as the “Morning show with Kerri-Anne” (Channel 9), “Saturday Disney” (Channel 7), “Sunrise” (Channel 7) Shopping Centres, Festivals all around Australia. Master GM Ridvan was selected to coach the Australian National Team at the World Taekwondo Championships and has been a VIP Guest at every Olympic Games since Sydney 2000. His commitment to making martial arts accessible and fun for everyone has led to over 150 classes being taught at his schools every week, and the Australian Martial Arts Academy being recognised as the number 1 school (EFC) in the world for educational excellence and teaching.
8th Dan master (recognised by GM Peter Wong 9th Dan (ITF) Graham Healy has been involved in the health and fitness and martial arts industry for most of his life.
Introduced into boxing by his father and boxing legend Bert Healy. Graham’s life is as diverse as it is interesting, his career has taken him from gym owner, martial arts school owner, massage therapist and dry needling therapist to a life in the political spectrum where he is a fighter for truth. It is certainly Graham’s work in helping his clients improve their health that he is most well-known. Many clients have used Graham’s service to address weight problems, improve strength, develop self-defence skills, and generally improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all those who come under his care.
Graham believes in correct education and guidance for children and understands that the power of proper guidance leads to remarkable citizens later in life. Graham is a passionate advocate for safety and professionalism in martial arts.
